Evangel grew up in a family of church musicians part of the church band and choir. For seven years he took part in evangelistic crusades and concerts for Jesus as a keyboard player and vocalist. He soon started to write, arrange and record his own songs. In 2001 he received a recording contract from Dyna Music and made a no.1 hit in the Philippines with Pangako as the album. Recently he garnered 4 semi-finalist entries in the UK Songwriting 2009 in the top 10% among more than 6000 entries worldwide. Double Finalist in the USA Songwriting Competition 2008 and 1st Place Winner in the Pacific Songwriting Competition in Australia with the song 'J45 Conquer for Jesus' . Evangel is now based in UK fellowshipping at NHUK and helping Life Change Community Church. You can listen to the tracks here. He is currently in the process of establishing Evangel Music Ministries to help support local and non-local christian churches in their missions.
